Is the sleepwear made from cotton?
Yes, but not 100% cotton because this would make the nightgown very flammable. It is cotton blended with fire-retardant fabric. This makes the fabric very soft and breathable.
Do I need to take extra care when washing?
No, just wash in cold water (30 degrees celsius) with like colours. No bleach or dry clean. Dry flat whenever possible. You can tumble dry but we don't recommend it if you want to prolong the life of your garment.
Has this nightgown been soaked in flame retardant chemicals?
No, it has not.
So won't they easily catch fire?
No, because the fabric used to create our sleepwear is inherently fire-retardant.
How come you only have one product?
We would love to be able to provide you with different styles and prints from the get go, but we are still a fledgling start-up. However, you can bet that we will be stocking our store with lot's of choices as time goes by.

Who owns Jammiespree?
Mayoni, the founder, is a mom of 3, doctor and avid dreamer. Her mission is to provide soft beautiful children's nightwear in a variety of prints.
Is there a Jammiespree retail store?
We're afraid there isn't a retail store. However, once other retail stores start stocking our clothing, we will be the first to let you know.
Where do you ship to?

How much will shipping be?
That will depend on the number of items you order and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Shipping is free for purchases over $40 before tax.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We will ship to any verified address within Canada or the contiguous US. However, Jammiespree will not be held responsible if Canada Post or other postal services fail to deliver the package.
Do you accept returns?
We accept all returns in mint condition with tags intact, within 180 days of purchase. Please ensure that all tags are intact and the garment is in brand new state for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Please note that Jammiespree will not be liable for any return shipping costs incurred.

Can I cancel my order?
If your item has already been shipped out, then it is too late to cancel the order, at which point, you would have to return the item once you receive it. Please email us at email@example.com or call us on 647-391-9792 for any order cancellations.
