Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before making a purchase as once a purchase has been made, you are bound, without exception, by these terms and conditions.
Jammiespree sells cotton-blend children's sleepwear in beautiful inspiring prints which comply with the stringent anti-flammability guidelines of Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.
We reserve the right to make changes to the information on our website including but not exclusive to products, product prices, shipping methods and cost without notice or consequence.
Once you have decided to purchase an item on our website and added it into your cart, you will be directed to checkout where you will be requested for some information including name and address. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the delivery address entered.
Additionally, you will be prompted for financial information such as credit card numbers and expiry dates. Please ensure that all details are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge as incorrectly entered data may affect the checkout or delivery process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you feel you have entered any incorrect information.
Once the checkout process has successfully been carried out, you will receive an email informing you that your payment has gone through and that your order has been received.
If you have changed your mind about purchasing an item from Jammiespree, there is a chance you can cancel the item if it has not already been mailed out to you. If you would like to cancel an item, please get in touch with us and we will be able to confirm to you whether cancellation is possible or not.
If cancellation is too late, you will have to wait for your item to be delivered to you and then return it to us for a refund where the refund amount will be the full cost minus the shipping charges.
Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery address and the method of shipping chosen. All items being shipping within Canada are handled by Canada Post and should in most cases, reach you within a maximum of 10 business days. However, this is at the discretion of Canada Post and Jammiespree will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays. We will however, make every attempt to help you locate your item by providing you with applicable information such as the tracking number (if applicable). Please note that the 'oversized letter mail' shipping option does not have tracking, whereas standard shipping and xpresspost both have the tracking option.
If the delivery address is outside of Canada, please be aware that delivery times could greatly vary and could be prolonged.
Please ensure that you have read up on all custom duties and taxes that may be associated with delivery in your local country. Jammiespree will not be responsible for any such charges.
We guarantee customer satisfaction, which is why we will accept your returns in brand new condition with tags attached, no questions asked, within 180 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to the address below so that we receive it within 180 days of your purchase. Please ensure that it is packed in such a way as to maintain it's new condition. Once we have received it and inspected it, we will email you to inform you that we have received your package. We will also inform you whether or not you have been approved for a refund. If approved, we will refund you the full cost minus the original shipping charges.
Please note that Jammiespree will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
